This weekend we got together with my very first "work" friend M and her family. I was starting my first teaching job and M her first job as a school psychologist and let me tell you...we just clicked. Perhaps it was her good Southern roots...raised in Tennessee but an Ole Miss grad. You can't go wrong making friends with someone who loves and appreciates SEC football. It's funny {and sad really} that we live about 20 minutes from each other but hardly ever see each other! We were finally able to make it work and she and her husband M and kiddos R and H came over for a little cookout. We had a blast catching up and introducing all of the new little members of our families. We even promised to get together some this summer...pinky promise.

So cute. It's fun to get together with other families, the hard part is finding the time.
