Thursday started off rough but ended on a good note. Poor Baby Andy woke up again with a fever and that meant off the the doctor we went. It is hard being out last minute as a teacher, but my colleagues stepped up to the plate and helped me out...when it comes to these kiddos I want to be there and I think the fighting tears/over tired/stress in my voice relayed my need to be with my littlest.
Our nanny was already planning on coming, so off I went {after picking up Gigi} with the baby back to the doctor just 15 hours after our initial visit. Doc said let's wait and see one more day before tests...and no fever this morning so...whew!
Anyway...after the doctor, we did a little shopping for Madison's birthday, and stopped by McEntyre's to pick up a little cake and lunch. Yummo.
Madison got to pick the restaurant and she picked...O'Charleys...which now has the nick name ocharmers after an autocorrect incident. We had a nice family dinner to celebrate Madison's {aka Ma-Ma to P and C} 12th birthday with Gigi, Poppie, KaKa, and Granny.
Looking forward to Madison's friend party tomorrow night...a backyard full of middle school boys and girls. Should be interesting!
